Hi guys. How does the coupon/voucher for Samsung competitions work. Do I mark it as used before or after the draw?

How Samsung Competition Coupons/Vouchers Work

When Samsung gives you a voucher/coupon code for a competition entry, it usually has two stages:

✅ 1. BEFORE the Draw

You do NOT mark the coupon as used on your own.

You simply submit the coupon as part of the competition entry form (usually in Samsung Members or a promo website).

Once you submit your entry, Samsung’s system automatically registers the voucher as “used” on their side.


👉 You should only enter the code — not mark it as used yourself.

✅ 2. AFTER the Draw

If you win, Samsung will contact you via SMS, email, or call.

If you don’t win, nothing happens — the voucher stays marked as used in their system because it was already submitted.

📌 Important Note

Some users mistakenly tap "Mark as used" before submitting — this causes errors and can make the voucher invalid.

Always submit it FIRST. Let Samsung’s system mark it as used automatically.
