After contacting Samsung to na avail... and Telkom... I have received no assistance. The voucher redemption period ends tomorrow, the 12th. I am extremely dissapointed. I will endevour to terminate my contract as the Ts&Cs were not adhered to by the service provider. I would suggest that Samsung not partner with Telkom in future promotions

By voucher, are you by chance referring to the one to enter the competition for the free a56? If you are, then you don't need to use it, just having it will give you entry. If they don't contact you before the 12th, you didn't win.

Ah, alright. Then the next best thing will be HelloPeter + a complaint to the NCC. Take screenshots of the message you're receiving when claiming and all of the times that you contacted Telkom (they'll want proof of the issue and that you tried to resolve it with Telkom first). Best of luck.
