Buds scam

Vodashop told me if i get the S23 ultra i can claim the buds. Only to find out that if you dont buy the watch as well, you can NOT claim the buds. Nowere does this stand on their website. So its a scam

Or the scam where they tell you that you will get a voucher for purchasing XYZ, but only share with you how and where to claim after the offer has expired.
