The ear bud deal it's a scam. I bought my Samsung A34 and submitted my claim for the ear buds on the 29th of April and haven't received any response. Tried to follow-up with no success. Scam scam scam.....

Go to the home page on the samsung members app and click on the redeem tab fill in the questions and upload your proof of purchase

I received my buds with my S23 but it's almost a month after the purchase of the A34 and nothing. Got the watch promo too. All my devices is Samsung and it will be disappointing for my son if I don't get it. There's a Tab promo on the Ultra but no code was received and it's sad to see Samsung not responding to anyone in this platform
