I bought a s22 plus and redeemed the buds live the same day and got an email saying the claim was successful and that Samsung will contact me with delivery details and the buds will be delivered within 7-14 days.
It has been over 5 weeks i still haven't been contacted by anyone.
I have called and emailed Samsung promotions a good few times but haven't been contacted back by anyone.
One of the big reasons i upgraded from an s21 to an s22 plus was cause of the buds live but Samsung hasn't kept their end of the deal. I am very disappointed with Samsung for the bad service if i had known that this may be a scam i wouldn't have upgraded my phone.

I have the exact same issue. I claimed on 4th April. Received the reference but no way to track the claim. Waste of time and money trying to call promotions, no one ever answers, my airtime runs out!. Emails haven't been answered either. Worst service ever
