Samsung 21FE + A7 Tablet Launch Promotion

So it's been almost 2 months now since I have purchased my Samsung FE21 with the launch promotion.

I have submitted my claim for the A7 Tablet with all the required documents and information timeously. 

I have followed my claim up with Samsung on 11 March, 15 March and 29 March 2022 and I keep getting told to check my spam inbox, but at date hereof still nothing. 

I understand that there were a lot of purchases on the propmotion and that they didn't expect so many promotion purchases, but all I am looking for is an email confirming my claim is approved, but they can't even provide me with sufficient feedback.

Can the community please provide me with the complaints department's contact information, so I can escalate this matter. (If they will even reply or take note of it).

Good day, nobody replies from that email address. I have tried numerous times. It's very hard for samsung to respond.

I am having the same issue as Chesley above.
