I redeemed the promotional buds on 15 May, followed up on 29 May, but I have still no answer. Today is 19 June. It has been more than 72 hours.

I have the same issue. I renewed my contract on the 17th June , today is the 5th July and still no buds! Team please advise on when this is going to be delivered.
