The claim process for promotions is atrocious. I have been a Samsung supporter for so long, and has had almost every Note iteration since launch, and any queries just get ignored.
I have been waiting almost 3 weeks for feedback on not being able to claim my promotional items for my Note 20 Ultra, and NOTHING!!!.
wow this moderator answers many people and I like to see if anything changes same here... no voucher ... no service this app needs moderation in itself and the moderators too useless app and service from Samsung
wouldn't they just get away and steal from many people if we just give up never give up this is why people must be raised correctly they want jobs but don't do their best at work people steal so don't mind if things get stolen from them and believe its free ...its all worked into the price .... remember if u give up cz its too much work others will suffer too be a soldier and fight for what is right always for all the people who allow things to go and allow intimidation statergies incl non compliance and being rude to us by ignoring our rightful claim ...then we didn't do our best in life as we are the same ones who are desperately needed to bring change everything happens for a reason trust in the lord for good thing will come always
how do I claim my free 32inch tv. I have 3 days left and the information on the samsung website to redeem my tv is useless as there is no pre order banner ...help this is frustrating
I pre-ordered the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G, upon claiming my voucher and providing proof of purchase, I was kindly told that I purchased/upgraded out of the promotional date. So yes, atrocious is still being kind in terms of explaining the horrible and **bleep** service one receives.
