It's been four months of phoning , time wasting, arguing to get my R 2000 voucher.
Customer service exceptionally bad and it contraviens my consumer rights. Where you offer a promotion then state I don't qualify, but with no justification. Read your T&C's samsung.
I would appreciate if I could speak to someone that has any authority and can make decisions.
