This S22+ samsung earphones promotion is FAS. I have claimed, my claim was successful, but when I try follow up I'm either on hold for 1 hour on the phone or no one bothers to read and reply to emails sent over a week ago.
Very disappointed that there's such a promotion and it cannot be upheld.
I personally think the call centre is overloaded and that this is not a scam. Samsung probably never expected the sales that they getting. I do feel everyone's frustration as we are all in the same boat but the consultants at the Samsung promotions centre are very helpful. I got my confirmation that my claim was successful only today. And now it's a waiting game. I think that Samsung representatives that participate on the Members platform should try and assist.
This is awful to hear, I JUST got the s22+ with the promise of the ear buds but now not finding the promo and not one person having something good to say?
