Hello sir,
I have Samsung M31s mobile.
When I would connect wifi in this mobile wifi is working very slow and connectivity (like connect or disconnect) problem.
My phone setting show the wifi Router is not connected with internet but wifi router is connected with internet.
The problem is always in my mobile when I connect wifi in my phone.
Give me a solution of this problem

go to settings >general Management >reset>reset network and reset settings restart your device then observe

try these
1. Forget all WIFI devices which were connected earlier.
Again turn on WIFI> Scan> and try to connect.
if still you are facing, then better way is to visit service centre
