My washing machine is not turning on since 2 week.it passed the 1 year warranty however calling service center and registered my complaint. The regional service cannot able to send the technician because they have only one technician who is sick until now...we are stuck...it's frustrating and we realized that it's worthless to depend on Samsung who can't maintain their reputation....
