Washing machine front load WF1650 6.5kg

Hello,

There is an issue with my washing machine.

1) RINSE- The water stays in the drum around 5 litres after rinsing for 15 minutes. While washing, I noticed the temperature and rinse cycle fluctuates. Sometimes in middle of wash, 'Sd' error comes and gets stuck, I have to restart the cycle again. I have cleaned derbis filter, hose pipe. The issue still persists.

2) SPIN- Even after spin, there will be water lodging in the drum, the laundry in the bottom will be soaked in water. If I chose spin separately, the clothes doesn't dry completely, leaving water in bottom of the drum.

Kindly provide me with solution.

Type error code and sesrch on Google..you will find all answers..if still you wont find an answer..then call customer care 👍🙂
