I have front door washing machine (WF7652S8R/XTL) of your company, the first issue was occurred that my machine stopped working, become idle. After complain the engineer visited and said the issue will resolved, you have to send the machine to service centre. I send the machine to the centre and they confirmed that issue is of failure of Motor connected to drum. I agreed to repair it. It was repaired on 19-08-19, and I picked the machine after few days as I was travelling out.
Then when I bring the machine I find that the pipe from which water come out is missing. I visited twice to service centre to get actual pipe. Finally after almost 10 days I could able to start my machine to wash my clothes. It was first time I noticed that some brown colour liquid is releasing from front. It was out of my understanding. I cleaned it up thinking of over gricing it is happening.
After a week or 10 days (this is general schedule of my use of machine) I washed again my clothes and the issue of releasing lubricant occurred. I took it lightly and travelled out. When I come back my wife said the issue is occurring again and again. I complain to the service centre on 10-9-19, the engineer visited and said the another problem.
The moment was totally annoying as before two three use of machine (actually after first use of machine) the another problem occurred.
When the machine was in service centre and the mechanic was checking all machine. How he didn’t find this issue. Even when they replaced the motor they shall checked. But no one said of the issue of the releasing of lubricant. I am sure such problem never occurred so sudden.
I want proper and genuine action on this issue and to resolve the issue as soon as possible but service centre isn't taking any responsibility.
