Poor Customer Service

After my last post about my laptop, I gave it for repair at the samsung customer care in Kurukshetra where I study, it's been three weeks since then and I have been hopelessly waiting for it to be repaired, I call them regularly on a basis of two to three days for updates and they just gave me answers like

Firstly they said it's an issue related to display and they ordered the part to repair
Then they said the got damaged part so they ordered again
Then they said the issue wasn't with display and is with motherboard and they ordered the part to replace and it took more than a week for the part to be delivered there.
And now today I called them for an update and they said that we got the motherboard and are working on it and now I called a few hours ago in the afternoon they said there was no issue with the motherboard and the issue is still unknown so they are ordering another motherboard and connector.

I have been patiently waiting for my laptop to be repaired or if it can't be repaired then replace it because the laptop is in warranty and there was no external damage on the laptop. I am a collage student with daily need of laptop for my computer classes and online coaching and I am at a huge loss of studies because of this. 

I asked them if the laptop can't be repaired can they replace it but they refused it and said we can repair it but there is no such sign of it

After this I went to customer service centre next day and they were unable to solve the issue. So they sent the laptop for further repair via online complaint I got the Acknowledgement and next day I got a call that the customer service manager or someone want to talk to me and is going to call me that's all the update I got. I got that call on Wednesday and after that nothing no call no update nothing. I called customer helpline and they said they sent a followup but nothing complete silence and also the service request track system shows just engineer assigned since Tuesday and no update since then nothing that where my laptop is, is it repaired is it not nothing. It that what loyal customer get.
