I just bought a Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 and talked to customer care the day I placed the order, via the Samsung website's chat with a Samsung expert. She told me I could buy Samsung Care+ insurance within one month of delivery. However, a week after delivery, when I tried to buy the Care+ plan, I was told it was no longer possible because the three-day window had passed and I should have contacted them earlier.

I am a student, and insurance is very important to me. They gave me incorrect information, and now no one is helping. I broke my phone last year, and the repair was very expensive. I am requesting Samsung to please address this issue.

I asked them to transfer my call to their senior executives, but they said they could not do that as there was nothing they could do about my issue.
