Hi everyone.
I have a galaxy book 2. Purchased in October 2023. The hinge got broken just after 6 months. Samsung gave me free replacement at that time. But after the repair I highlight some hinge issues and hinge adjustment issue to the engineer. They told me that it is normal. Now again the hinge got broken in the same way from the same place. Now no one is taking the responsibility and accepting the fact that the hinge quality is very poor and they are saying that the product is out of warranty and we can just follow the guidelines.
Please tell me the other highlights of build quality of galaxy book 2. If anyone is facing issues.
