Being a Samsung user has always been a best feeling in me. But this time I am experiencing major Hardware level issues from the Samsung Galaxy Book 2 - NP750XED. After just 1 year and 4 months from purchase, the hinge portion of laptop got damaged, despite the fact that I always use my device very carefully. Thanks to samsung, they provided the original display back again and well fitted. Now after just 1 or 1 n half months after this, yesterday only, the laptop turned on itself lid being closed as I was not using the machine in this week at all. Today I had some work and when I opened the laptop, the laptop didn't turn on. I thought the battery might have drained. I plugged in charger and waiting for the battery to charge up a bit and then tried turning on, but it didn't. Rather, I sensed the smell of ectric burn.
Note: I have never used any other charger other than what was provided with the laptop.

Also there are many more such hardware things to point out.
The laptop's base chasis edge of the touchpad area got bent out of no reason.
After the hinge break, I noticed that the hinge's support on the display unit's side is is not so good to handle even normal opening pressures.

Please Samsung team, fix out these issues on our whole laptop segment. You are making thin & powerful segment laptops and pricing is high. Based on the price, we expect that much strong build quality too.
