Hi, I purchased a Samsung washing machine in 2019. After 1 year the problem started with spinning, called Samsung service. One person visited he temporarily solved the problem. But the problem didn't go away it came back eventually. This year also i complained and again the same person visited he again temporarily solved the issue but never tried to fix it permanently where this washer is still in the warranty period. Not only that it started showing another problem. It produces extreme foam during spinning. I tried to tell that person maybe this is because of some kind blockage where the foam is not draining besides water. He still didn't bother to check if the water pipe is blocked. He only emphasized on echo tub clean. Before all that he convinced me to extend the warranty and now i didn't even got the certificate.
So where can i complained about this incident in Samsung? Any idea?

Please contact the dealer you bought the machine from. They can hook you up with some washing machine mechanic 😊
