I have Samsung TV model QA55LS03TAKXXL for 3.5 years now. Few days back, it started restarting on its own. The problem is that the TV turns on, the Frame tv logo comes up and it goes to the last opened app for a second and then the screens fades out and it restarts. It keeps on repeating this no matter how long I keep it on or do the 1 min power cycle even keeping it off for 2 weeks. I am trying to hard reset but the TV won't turn on at all. I can't even access the Samsung secret menu cos the screen just fades out and the TV restarts.

It's so frustrating to see this issue with the QLED tv's and there has been no fix suggested by Samsung customer service. Service center informed this as panel issue and ask to replace the panel by paying INR 50K.

Has anyone found a fix for this yet that didn't involve spending more money for a tech to look at it. I've always loved Samsung products and have almost always purchased Samsung when available from tvs, fridges, stoves, dishwashers, washer, dryer and even my phones. This is so disappointing. I called Samsung support and all they could tell me was I had to pay to have a tech look at it. Come on, are you kidding me, it's only 3 years old! 🤬 Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Samsung TVs life span is just around 2 to 3 years only even if we maintain in a good condition. I bought Q80T 55 inch QLED TV I'm 2021. Warranty 1 year and additional warranty 2 years. Exactly after 3 years the display starts flickering. The engineer just saw the TV and immediately asking me to replace the panel which cost 35000/-.
I said I don't even have any scratches or any damage, why should I replace full set snd asking him to replace only open cell. He said for this high end model there is no option.

So we shouldn't buy Samsung high end product. I bought the TV for 1,35,000. Complete waste of money.

So better don't buy Samsung TV
