They replaced screen of my S20 phone, it was getting lining issue.

Can u believe it they replaced it free of cost after ignoring for 3-4 months. The thing is my both mobile s20 and note 20 got same problem.i am trying for next one.its company software update fault. How Many time they will ignore. I have written grivience on national consumer helpline app. If after 4 months this will not work I will go to with edakhil website. One more thing my both phone is out of warranty.

If any one having any issue.and wants to know what I have written. Please go through my previous comments or else msg me. I will send you that entire griviences. How you write does matter.

Yes, They were saying some dents and tiny scratching but argued that it is not related to software update fault.

Totally disatisified with Samsung faulty firmwares.it causes huge loss to me s21ultra model after recent update.let them show the rights of customers.
