Green line issue in Samsung tv after update need free replacement

I’ve always been a loyal Samsung customer — I own 2 Samsung TVs, 4 smartphones, and 1 washing machine.

But what’s happening with my Samsung product right now is completely unfair!

My 5-year-old Samsung Frame 55" TV developed a green line right after the recent software update, as you can see in the attached picture.

I contacted Samsung Support, and the technician said the entire screen needs to be replaced — costing around ₹43,000!

I just can’t understand this — if the issue appeared after Samsung’s own software update, shouldn’t the company replace it free of cost?
There is no physical damage or even a single scratch on my TV!

Other brands like OnePlus offer lifetime free screen replacement for green line issues caused by updates —
so why is Samsung treating its loyal customers this way?

So do you think we should bear the cost of replacement? Due to their software bug? How is this justified? Can you please elaborate on the same?

And for oneplus atleast they announced lifetime warranty for mobiles, do you hear anything same coming from samsung? Is this the way loyal customers should be treated in samsung? A brand like samsung is often compared with Apple, but seeing all this circumstances, they're not even close to oneplus, that's really disappointing
