Samsung TVs has the worst customer service

This message is for all the people who are planning to buy a Samsung TV. I'm from Kerala and I recently purchased a high-end Samsung OLED TV, the S95C (priced at approximately 3 lakhs). Unfortunately, within 6 months, the One Connect box motherboard malfunctioned, and I had to have it replaced under warranty.

To my dismay, within the next 2 months, the OLED backlight panel failed, causing the screen to go completely black. I immediately contacted the service center and requested a replacement for the entire TV. It is deeply concerning that I have encountered two major significant issues within just 7 months of ownership.

As of now, it has been 1.5 months since I reported the second issue, and the damaged TV is still in my possession. As a customer who purchased one of Samsung's high-end products, having to face this type of problem is a huge disappointment.

Whenever I reach out to customer service for an update, they say that I will be updated soon









So, in conclusion...
If you live far from a city area, don't expect great customer service.
I'm not saying Samsung TVs aren't worth it or are a bad choice, or that they will be damaged soon.
The TV is great and has a nice display.
However, if anything happens, don't expect better customer service than you would get with an S95C OLED TV.

I'm sure that you all will be thinking, "Nah, it's just an isolated incident. That doesn't mean we all will have to face the same issue."

Believe me, all companies only focus on their sales, and they will never be the same when it comes to service.

And Samsung is the worst in this regard
