Frustrating experience with samsung customer service

I had bought samsung S90D on 12th march 2025. I had filed a complaint with samsung customer service on 15th march regarding a spot on the top right corner of the panel which reflects light differently than rest of the panel. 2 techs have visited but no outcome has been found. The tv had been installed by a samsung engineer. The 2nd technician that visited told me to contact the dealer for replacement but the dealer says to contact customer service for exchange. Never expected such a customer service from samsung.

Till now no solution has been found. Each time they say that they'll escalate the case and I will recieve a call from their senior but nothing such happens.
