Subject: Urgent: Sound Issue with OLED S95C and Q700C Soundbar - Request for Replacement

 Dear Samsung Support Team, I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the performance of my recently purchased OLED S95C TV (₹2,00,000) paired with the Q700C soundbar. 

The specific issue I am facing relates to the sound quality when using the Q-Symphony feature. The vocal audio is extremely low and often distorted, making it difficult to enjoy any content. This is not what I expected from a premium product in this price range. 

I have already had the system repaired once through your service, but unfortunately, the issue persists, and it has not improved the experience. 

To add to my frustration, I have discovered through online research that this problem is not isolated to my case. Many users worldwide are reporting the same issue with this combination of TV and soundbar. This situation is not only frustrating for me but also negatively affecting your brand’s reputation. People who visit my home and see this TV have reconsidered purchasing from Samsung after hearing about the sound issues I’ve been facing.

 Please note that my product is under warranty until January 2025, so I expect no delays in resolving this matter. I also request that you treat this as a single, overall problem instead of opening multiple tickets or giving fragmented responses. I want this addressed swiftly and holistically. 

Additionally, I urge your software team to investigate if this is a software-related issue that can be resolved via a firmware update, as it seems to be affecting a large number of users globally. 

While I have chosen not to escalate this issue on social media, I trust that you will provide a better and timely resolution. Given that this is a top-tier model, I kindly request that you replace both the TV and the soundbar as a goodwill gesture. This is a fair resolution for a product that has failed to meet its quality promise. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory solution.

Its almost months no one came. My product is out of warranty now. Wasted 2 lacs on scrap.
