Common issue

Now a days samsung gone very bad on to their customers. They make flagship phones every year and the same company make it bad in next year.. I have an s23 5g phone.. one and half year old... now its an junk one.. every update it's slowing down.. battery,performance,camera quality everything looks bad day by day... I was a fan boy and a middle class family person who buys a phone it's cost around 69k.. and company makes it worst... I think it's only happens in india somehow I don't know.. I'll suggest company should leave India... your sale and services... after one ui 7 update I dont feel mine is perfect phone...everytime I ask for any issue they suggest me to do factory data reset... two times I did that idiotic movement and I understood it will never solves your issues..

Absolutely agree, they did same to s24 ultra.. doesnot feel smooth on one ui 8 on s24 ultra and camera quality degraded massively!!

I already did every thing regards they degrading camera quality performance battery and smoothness issue every thing they intentionally ruined and i did every thing raining complaints one x account and mailed to the ceo of samsung social media every where i raise my voice but they didn't do anything we are helpless samsung doing very bad move and i notice from and i have avidence of every lawsuit against samsung plan obsolescence i have note20 ultra s21 ultra and s23 ultra and s24 ultra and i store and collect data of evidence from s21 ultra s23 ultra after and before update every thing but i need more support to raising law suit against samsung
