Why are you not giving the android 11 update in A7 2018 model

I am the redmi mobile owner too since last 2 years they give the update of android 11

But didn't give this update

Bro at that time Samsung is only give two years of OS upgrade, but now Samsung is giving 3years of os upgrade in 'A' series, and 5years of security updates

A7 2018 already received 2 major os updates. No more major updates. Only security updates you'll get as per Samsung's policy. 3 year major os update only available for Some selected A series devices launched after 2019.
