Very True.... After sales service is of no use.... I have a complaint in My Note 20..... have visited Samsung service centre abt 6 Times, Have sent 100 mails.... all of no use.... Have to accept the phone as it is.... This is my last Samsung phone..... Waste of Money.... Spending 80k and good for nothing phone..... The Customer Rep and Samsung Back end team just say that there is no any Complaint and the Device is working fine in " SAFE MODE".... What rubbish..... Very Very Sorry to say that THIS IS WORST YOU CAN GIVE TO YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS..... It's our Hard Earned Money..... #SAMSUNG INDIA #SAMSUNG SERVICE IS PATHETIC, # SERVICE HEAD SAMSUNG INDIA

This is to inform that I had purchased samsung (model) on (date) and since then I have been having issues with phone hanging on multiple applications ..when I contacted the service center I was told that it was working fine in safe mode and no issues with the device ...how can anyone use a handset in safe mode without any 3rd party software at all. I had contact both service center and customer care multiple times but did not get any proper response
Now I have contacted them one last time before going to consumer forum ...
Need your attention also to the issue

But all in vain.... Of no use.... #SAMSUNG INDIA is just Maal Becho.... Customer complaint, any Fault jaye Bhaad mai..... Loot the customer...... Play with them.... Give them false promises and nothing else

I had Rec calls from your Technical team head Who simply said the Instrument is absolutely fine bec it's working fine in SAFE MODE... He said nothing can be done.... Use phone without downloading any 3rd party app....

I think everyone including SAMSUNG CEO, MD AND ALL TOP MANGEMENT people will have 3rd party apps in their phones 📱too...
