OthersThis is to inform that I had purchased samsung (model) on (date) and since then I have been having issues with phone hanging on multiple applications ..when I contacted the service center I was told that it was working fine in safe mode and no issues with the device ...how can anyone use a handset in safe mode without any 3rd party software at all. I had contact both service center and customer care multiple times but did not get any proper response
Now I have contacted them one last time before going to consumer forum ...
Need your attention also to the issue

Had sent this mail too....
But all in vain.... Of no use.... #SAMSUNG INDIA is just Maal Becho.... Customer complaint, any Fault jaye Bhaad mai..... Loot the customer...... Play with them.... Give them false promises and nothing else

Why will one spend 80K on a SMART FLAGSHIP PHONE to Use it On SAFE MODE, without 3RD party apps
