What about my data on the phone, will lose it or it will remain?

All of your data will still be there because this is all temporary data we are erasing.

So your application data, system data, installed apps/games, images/videos, contacts, saved passwords, etc. will still be there. The stuff we are erasing is either temporary (those Play Store updates) or is only relevant for certain diagnostic analysis (the latest entries of the recovery.log file).

There are a few possible reasons why your browser may be closing unexpectedly or experiencing issues with navigation. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Clear your browser cache and cookies. Accumulated cache and cookies data can cause browsing issues, especially if they are corrupted or outdated. To clear them, go to your browser's settings or options, and look for the cache and cookies section. Then select "clear browsing data" or a similar option.
Disable browser extensions. Sometimes, extensions or add-ons can conflict with your browser's functionality, causing it to close unexpectedly. Try disabling any extensions that you have installed to see if that resolves the issue.

Update your browser. Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser, as older versions can have compatibility issues that may cause unexpected shutdowns.

Check for malware. Malware or viruses on your computer can also cause browser issues. Run a malware scan using an antivirus program to see if that detects any issues.

If nothing helped reinstall the browser
