S23 heating and battery issue

I have currently purchased s23 and I expected a good phone with no battery drain issue or heating issue. I got both.

My battery isn't even lasting 6 hours and my my phone is overheating with just 20 mins of browsing web in Air Conditioner.

Please help me.
