Issue with battery.

Hi, Samsung community!

Soham here. I bought my s23 last year November. Everything was going fine until one evening a week back when I dropped my s23 without any cover while I was riding bike. A small dent developed as a result on the top left corner. Anyway, then a day later, on 20th March, I bought a 10000 mah ambrane force 10k with 22.5 W boostedspeed powerbank. Started using. After using it for one day till today, I observed that the phone's battery is draining like anything causing inconvenience. This, I never felt earlier when I bought the phone. 

Could anyone please help me or suggest as to why this happening or is it normal? Plus, it's heating faster while using. I am so worried now. Stressed out! Am still paying emi....it's been 5 months already.

Open Samsung Member→Click on Support Present Below→Click on Report→Type Your Report And Clip The Image Through The Clip Button Present Above→Click on Send.
