Playback issue

When I play a song or listen to an audio file I see three items in the playback. Is there a solution for this 

How do I fix it? Any help is appreciated.

If you play from more than one player...
Like you play an youtube musics, then you want to listen a song from Spotify, and then from Samsung Music....you can swipe left the player in notification panel and directly switch & play/pause the songs from another media you played recently....
So no need to go to that app and play the songs...
Just swipe left, you can switch to another player you played recently...
So, check it...

But I use only spotify and all the three slide are my old songs or podcasts from spotify

This is the feature of official ONEUI3 where you can change music players by swiping on the media notification

Yeah close other media player from the background. Simply go to the media option on the notification panel and close all the running media apps

No other in background I use only spotify

Then try clearing spotify app data and check whether the same notification coming or not
