OthersPalm swipe will not work if Keyboard is displayed. If so, try after closing the keyboard. Make sure that you swipe the screen sidewards (left to right or vice versa), it won't work for vertical swipes. Also please check you have turned on the gesture feature at
Settings > Advanced features > Motions and gestures > Palm swipe.

OthersAlso refer the picture and make sure that you place your palm vertical and very firm on the screen.
It will only work if you do at the very edge of the screen.

OthersGoto, Settings>Apps>Samsung Capture.
Tap the three dots at the top and tap on 'Uninstall updates'.
Then tap on Storage > Clear data & Clear cache.
Then open Galaxy Store and search 'Samsung Capture'. Tap on 'Update'.

OthersSimply connect your device to the computer via data cable (or just insert a c-ported headset) > Switch off your device >Press and hold, power button + volume-up button for 4-5 seconds till the phone turn on and boot into the recovery mode.
Use volume keys to navigate to 'wipe cache partition.' Use power key to select and confirm. Then reboot your device. Normally, this will not effect any personal data or settings.)
