I have bought the M21 3 days ago. First night on idle the battery went from 87% to 77%. In its defense I had the always on display set to always show. The next day I set always on display to "tap to show" which was default in the first place. Then I turned off my wifi. But still the battery saw 5% drainage(63 to 58). Has anybody else suffered from the issue? If so how do I fix it? Also for your information while I was browsing the web(1 hour) on how to resolve the issue, the battery drained by another 5%.

Camera issues: Photos have a good dynamic range but they turn out to be very soft. Sharpness is very low. Even with AI scene recognition and beauty modes turned off. Is this Samsung's processing? Does everybody have the same problem or just my unit? I have added some shots I have taken recently.

I have read the article. Thank you very much for your help. But I can't understand the second technique of calibration. Would you please explain it more elaborately?

The problem is that it sometimes becomes corrupted and starts displaying data that isn’t real, which, for example, causes the phone to turn off before it reaches 0 percent. Calibrating your Android battery simply means getting the Android OS to correct this information so it is reflective of your actual battery levels once again.

I understand what you mean by battery calibration. In your article you have shown two ways of calibration. I wanted you to elaborate the second way of calibration. The one with USSD code...

do these settings to save more battery life and observe for next 1-2 days

1. Connection>more connections settings> disable nearby device settings

2. Location>improve accuracy >disable
A. Wifi scanning
B. Bluetooth scanning .

3. Google >click on 3dot>usage and diagnostics >off this option.

4. Long press on each app specially 3rd party(LIKE FACEBOOK, INSTA,YOUTUBE) and rarely used and ON "GOOGLE APP" as well then click on>app info> then go to these 3 options below on by one

A. Mobile data> allow background data usage>off

B. Battery >allow background activity >off

C. Notification >disable unnecessary notifications like promotional and unnecessary reminder notifications.

5. Device care>battery >power mode>select "optimised" and "adaptive power saving".

And then click on "app power management >
And enable these 2 options.
A. Adaptive battery
B. Put Unused Apps to Sleep.

6. Go to settings >apps>search "weather" >click on settings icon right side > change "auto refresh" settings as per your requirements and disable some unnecessary reminder.

7. If you use Facebook frequently then disable "auto play video"
And if you are mostly uses mobile on wifi connection then also disable "auto play videos" in YouTube.

Your device is new, must have taken updates. Updates do drain the battery for few days before settling down.
please switch of your device data and observe.

My battery issue has been resolved. But I am not sure of the camera. I think the pictures appear more noisy than they should. Please let me know your thought on that. I have shared some of the shots I've taken.

You have shot sone beautiful shots. Congrats for that. Do you know how to shoot in pro mode?
I agree pics do appear a bit soft. Disable HEIF and HDR in your camera setting. It looks like processing fault to me. Check your images on other devices, do they still look soft?
