OthersI had purchased galaxy note 10 lite in may 2020 and I am facing hell lot of issues from first day. I had complained so many times 4 times my pick up was scheduled and the cancelled by assigned person. I submitted my device to service center they changed motherboard and battey but still all my problems are same like
Batter draining even in high power saving mode, daily two time charging is required in 4500 mah battery
Overheating it feels like the phone can blast in some time
Worst camera you can ever see
Worst fingerprint sensor
Camera please don't use night shot and potrait it's the worst thing to use
Touch is really really bad
8gb 128 storage is my device and it often gets hanged
While on charging you can't even unlock the phone
S pen is also really bad
I recommend not to fall for trap and samsung.
I complained so many times did so many emails, contacted service center call center used twitter but they are least bothered.
Please don't use samsung phone
I want my money back when my phone is in warranty but they are doing nothing.
Please don't buy any product of samsung I have already wasted my 41K.
You guys avoid it.
