I bought  Samsung m21 6 months back. Now I am facing issues as it's restarting  randomly even though auto restart  feature is off. Please suggest  some tips. #m21 #randomrestart

try these steps and lets see

A. Clear Wipe Cache Partition.
Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the power button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

B. go to safemode and observe is there same issue in safemode too
if not then problem may due to other downloaded apps
and if same issue in safemode then try to visit service centre

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

Keep in mind that in this mode only inbuilt system app will work

I tired to flash with samsung firmware of SAMSUNG M21.

The version M215FXXS2BUK2, Only worked, Rest of the firmware was corrupt or stuck at halftime.

Still the ISSUE was there,

SOLUTION WAS: ENABLING "REMOVE ANIMATIONS" in the VISIBILITY ENHANCEMENT.  (Do it in the initial setup itself. else it will continue to restart in every step)

I went there but without any inspection even they didn't took my phone in hand they simply said we have to change the motherboard.

They also said that all Samsung m series and a series phone having the same problem

So it's worthless to go there

you simply go to safe mode if you're not finding the issue means your phone apps you've installed is creating the problem but if you're facing the problem then contact your customer care centre. If you want then you can simply reset your phone after backing up your data
