I bought  Samsung m21 6 months back. Now I am facing issues as it's restarting  randomly even though auto restart  feature is off. Please suggest  some tips. #m21 #randomrestart

I bought Samsung m21 on june 2020
it was working until last weak, then we have samsung software update in our mobile
boom not its started restarting continuously.
visited care center for proper software update
Now the center says your motherboard need to be replaced as software update corrupted your device
No, other solution
**bleep** in one year my 16k is wasted and that too not my fault of software update
Good plans from Samsung to provide update, corrupt user mobile and ask for motherboard replacement

what a strategy  to earn money

I want samsung to get my mobile replaced or at least fix the restart problem for free as its there fault of update.
No one should by Samsung and if there is any problem directly throw that mobile Or samsung will start earning after that.

need to start good publicity for Samsung now 😠

Me too have same issue, I bought Samsung M21 last July 2020 and this year July 2021 I got a restarting issue after the last software update. I went to samsung service center they told, it is working good only there is no problem in mobile. But within  few minutes its started again infront of the service center guy. He told it may be due to IC or chip problem, so no use better get new mobile. Receiving this type of reply from a authorized samsung service center is literally possible? and he told your warranty is finished so we cant help. Go to hell you guys.

I face same issue, after latest software update I am facing this problem. 

I bought this mobile because of samsung but this is ridiculous. 

Company should recall the software update or they should send new mobile devices to the users

Warranty period 2 month par hoilo r same problem suru hoilo.ami r o 5/6 jon k ai m21 kine dici tader j ki hobe k jane.
Tader nijosso ai problem r durvog a customer.
Motherboard replacement fee 8000 tk chailo.
Now i hate Samsung.

You foolish company people , hundreds of people are facing the same issue with the same device I.e.M21 and you are saying to visit service center , it would be okay if it was a probelem of 1 or 2 but if it's with everyone then it's a fault from your side and you are the most foolish person typing these kinds of messages to visit the service center not everyone's phone needs physical inspectio

Hello samsung why we have to visit customer care.do you think that we are fools .this is what your strategy to increase your profit sales ??

You should recall all my series and replace all .
Otherwise your brand value will be declined .
I atleast make known 1000 peoples about the issue happening right now and recommend them to not buy samsung ever .and let them know about your service too.

Its high we all start a campaign against samsung, so they stop harassing customers by sending malicious software. Dear samsung we paid for the device to use, not to pay you again and again. Give us a stable software or we all will start boycotting samsung.
