OthersDear customer support, apologizing does not help. There are thousands of Samsung owners who have all reported that sevice centre charges about rs 7000 to replace the motherboard to solve the problem. Don't pretend that you don't know this. Samsung should recall all the faulty phones or do a free replacement of the motherboard, whether in the warranty period or not. Please take this up with your superiors and get back to us.
