Hang and auto restart problem and screen freeze

Dear Samsung Help center 

My Samsung galaxy M21 Is facing atuo restart and screen freeze problem I formatted my device two times but same issue arises 

After a few seconds the screen get freeze and I need to switch off my device again and again.

My storage is almost 40% free from my 64gb storage..

Please tell me the exact date of software update of android 11.
