Google drive issue

I am not able to download large file (6.7 gb) neither from app, getting stopped automatically nor, through link (getting failed at 3.7 gb)

Any help is highly appreciated.

All the required permissions are given.

Yes, 11 mbps. And, it successfully uploaded. But, not downloading.
