Iam facing problem with my mobile(glaxy j7 2016) in recent days  it drains my storage but the files will be unavailable and they  were not there atleast to see and in my files app i tried to sync my account but it does'nt sync my data it only sync my account  for one  drive and google drive where's the actual problem is i can't get it

Can any one give tips or sughestions to encounter this problem
