Galaxy M30 charging problem

I find that the M30 mobile does not charge when connected to the charger that was issued , I have used different cables, different chargers, shut down, restart, even factory re-settings !

However it charges only when connected to the PC's USB port using the same cable supplied, and even there it shows 'fast charging' !

I believe that it is a software issue , because even after removing from the PC, it keeps showing 'charging' !

It is a new phone, never dropped, so no damage to the hardware.

Does anyone have a solution, please help !

Still facing the issue in my m30.. it won't charge when phone is on.. very annoying bug.

I did not get a July patch yet.. is there any way to get the patch sooner?

Hope your issue got resolved. If not resolved then kindly follow below given steps:-


1. Kindly check the power socket functionality with a different device or try to charge the device in a different power socket.


2. Charge the device:- Please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
If not resolved: (Removable battery) – Kindly remove the back panel of your device and check the physical condition (Bulge, Swelling or visible damage).
If the physical condition is not good: Request you to turn off the device immediately and please do not try to charge or tamper the battery also request you to visit the service center immediately.

my phone is also not getting charged while it is on , i have to switch it off everytime i charge it, its a new phone , never dropped . I have done a factory reset on it and now it is having even more problems.
If this is a problem faced by so many usera , then why do you not resolve this problem?

Dear Samsung Customer Service,

 

I have a year old samsung galaxy m30 phone which does not get charged while it is on. I need to turn it off and then it gets charged. Secondly, battery does no last for a day even there is no use of phone and always on screen is off. 

 

The generic solution you suggested is **bleep** as you must know there is no access to battery and secondly I am sure every customer will try alternative charger and charging cable before complaining. So please stop this **bleep**, fix the software bug and provide us the solution asap.

Same my galaxy m30 is not charging when it power off then it is charging otherwise not and it is 5 yr old phone so can anyone help on this solution.
