OthersI find that the M30 mobile does not charge when connected to the charger that was issued , I have used different cables, different chargers, shut down, restart, even factory re-settings !
However it charges only when connected to the PC's USB port using the same cable supplied, and even there it shows 'fast charging' !
I believe that it is a software issue , because even after removing from the PC, it keeps showing 'charging' !
It is a new phone, never dropped, so no damage to the hardware.
Does anyone have a solution, please help !

OthersMy experience is the staff at the service center hardly know anything about software, they either reset the phone or re-install, wiping everything. So I am a bit wary of seeking help there.
Moreover, I may have to leave the phone there, and I have only one phone and so.
As I see in other forums , most of Samsung phones are having this problem. I will wait till this month's update (it is due in November) and then approach the service center, thanks for your advice !

OthersSame with me ...... Mine Father phone(m30) stopped charging and when switched off it starts charging with an exclamation mark enclosed in a triangle and then stops after a minute or two..... What should I do can you help me if your phone has been repaired 🥺

Otherssame issue with my phone also...from day before yesterday...when i switchoff the phone and connect charger...at that time..phone is charging..and taking little bit long time to charge full...but when the phone is ON charger connected indication also not showing...hv u got any solution ..what to do...please share dear

OthersMethod 1:
1. Power off the device.
2. Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device.
3. When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
Method 2:
1. Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears.
2. Press and hold the power off icon.
Note: If your device functions correctly in Safe Mode, it is most likely that the issue lies with a 3rd party application that can be uninstalled to resolve the problem.
Exit safe mode:
1. Hold volume down and power key for at least 5 seconds to force the device to restart.
2. Hold the power button on the right hand side and select restart on the screen.
3. Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the notification panel. Select the notification safe mode enabled and tap OK on the prompt to restart the device.
This could resolve your issue, if not then please revert us back.
