Galaxy M30 charging problem

I find that the M30 mobile does not charge when connected to the charger that was issued , I have used different cables, different chargers, shut down, restart, even factory re-settings !

However it charges only when connected to the PC's USB port using the same cable supplied, and even there it shows 'fast charging' !

I believe that it is a software issue , because even after removing from the PC, it keeps showing 'charging' !

It is a new phone, never dropped, so no damage to the hardware.

Does anyone have a solution, please help !

try to go in safe mode bro...above i hv given steps to enter in safe mode...

I am also facing problems with Samsung M 30. It's charging when it's switched off.  Display remains on and not showing battery charging percentage.

I am facing charging problem from yesterday ..checked in safe mode ..it is working ...but again after 1 day the mobile is not getting charged ...

The issue no longer occurs after July patch so far....

Please, give your feedback here to make sure the problem is gone once for all!

Same problem since 2 days for Galaxy M30. It is not #charging😬 Anyone help?@Samsung
