galaxy Watch don't run Android they run Tizen why are there 2 S9 and S9 and S9 + are already in beta and get updated in Jan along with note 9

I know so I digged out myself...there are various websites stating "NOT" to update to an UNSTABLE Android P, which is a bit confusing as they runs on Tizen OS unlike Google Wears.
And the 'Plus' got replaced upon posting.

@swarna16 J2 2018 is not even running Oreo,it would get Android 8.0 update in Nov,I presume.
One thing's for sure it won't get to Android Pie.
