Bluetooth always loses connectivity when I exit one program to another and I don't know why

Kindly make sure that the phone is updated to the last software version, then try to reset the network settings from the device settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings. CAUTION: This menu deletes all the network information such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth.

My phone is S23 Ultra Bluetooth program is very bad and does not work well I do not recommend anyone to buy this phone

I try this all thing and I Changed my Bluetooth device but still same this issue It's very unfortunate.
