I had bought a 23 ultra flip cover for RS.4499 and wanted to give it back immediately cos it wasn't fitting properly on the mobile and the buttons to hard to press..the Samsung team sent me a message its not possible..I jus want them to know thru our community that u gotta make life easier for samsung loyalists...its a waste of money for the flip cover..hope they change their policies and be customer friendly
