I recently encountered a misbehaviour from the Samsung care because of the questions I raised to the care. I ask the Samsung care about the TV that I have bought and has been 1.4 years and it has been gone through multiple services approximately 5 one paid service and other in warranty service and the technician today has broken the HDMI port that has been connected to my TV during the repair and his senior was miss behaving during the call saying that I should learn how to repair my own TV from the YouTube and he was talking to me like I owe him something and I have been tired through all this and mentally frustrated due to this service and the TV that I have bought from the Samsung I haven't received any permanent solutions about the problems I have been facing and its just more services and my money is draining on the services of a stupid product that is not even working completely fine. I wanted to raise this problem because many relatives and friends and the people near my is facing same problem towards the TV particularly Samsung TV and the way of dealing with the customer from the customer service side is very bad. I just wanted a good TV and my damage compensation that has been done to me and the time and energy I have invested in this is very important to me I need actions on this topic and I am gone of file a complain against all this so I am sharing here about my and counter with the customer care of Samsung India state Odisha District Ganjam City Berhampur

Bro, raise a complaint through their WhatsApp number (Samsung Support) that will be available on their Samsung Shop App.
Otherwise, you can mail them about your problem and they will contact you regarding the same.
While contacting them, make sure that they are the authorised ones otherwise too many scammers are out there looking for their opportunities.
