Low refresh rate with high motion ghosting, almost every video seems blurry with high shadows on moving objects.
 
Very bad experience on watching video, not worth to buy this product, not recommended to anyone 👎

I think the warranty covers this issue, did you check it with the service centre executive about this?

The 2022 model 32 inch m5(32BM500) monitor I bought has the same serious inverse ghosting problem. Service point in Turkey does not accept the problem! This issue definitely needs a hotfix firmware.

Raised this issue already, service executive was unable to fix this issue for me and mentioned currently they don't have any solution to fix.
