Android 12 update problem with Play Store

From the minute I updated to Android 12 I started suffering with Google Play updates. Every single app shows an error when updating and I have to follow troubleshooting every time by clearing cache, data and restarting the phone to make it happen. And it doesn't always happen. Find us a solution.
